I will have links to more papers here. Most of them are basically research notes, like examining the measurement properties of scales in commonly used secondary datasets.
Master's Thesis. A structural equations model (SEM) using Lisrel and Mplus.
Respect Your Data, a short piece published in the AMSTAT News. Advice to graduate students (and researchers in general) on how to avoid common mistakes.
Measuring Gender Role Attitudes. Draft form. Exploratory and CFA analysis of a commonly used, but possibly misunderstood scale.
A couple of presentations I gave on making HD videos. The first is a general overview of the process, with a lot of pointers on setup and shooting. The second is how to edit them using Windows Movie Maker. Yes, I know Premiere or iMovie are preferable, but this was for some non-profits with budgets close to $0, and for the absolute basics, WMM is fine (and arguably better for total beginners since it is so limited and simple).
